We offer a range of bespoke building surveys to aid conveyancing & letting, or to assess the condition of a property. Our survey work can be detailed and forensic, utilising moisture profiling, thermography, drone inspection and fibre optic techniques. We advise clients on repair strategies, priorities and associated costs.

Specific investigation of building related problems. We can deploy specialist support and non-invasive inspection methods to ensure minimal disruption during diagnosis. We have the skills and experience to advise on sensitive and proportionate repair strategies.

Specialist advice for the sensitive repair, maintenance and change of traditional and historic buildings. Experience in established conservation principles, planning and procurement of traditional skills to deliver sympathetic outcomes. We can deliver consents and grant support to works on Listed Buildings, Scheduled Monuments, and in Conservation Areas.
